Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!  In honor of Dr. King's legacy of service, I will again be volunteering this year to teach and give free lessons at the Middletown Ice Arena.  So, if you and your family are looking for something free and fun to do on a school holiday, please come out and join me for a winter workout and learn some cool skating skills. This is also a great way to encourage your children to reflect on MLK’s life and legacy.
